Key hire terms
Driver eligibility
All drivers must be 18 or over and hold a valid driving licence. Additional identification and checks may be required before any hire is approved.
Insurance and excess
Insurance is included where stated. If damage is found during or after the hire period, a minimum excess charge of £500 applies, subject to the full insurance terms and circumstances of the incident.
Damage reporting
Any damage, accident, or incident involving the vehicle must be reported within 8 hours of the incident. Failure to report within this timeframe may increase liability.
Fuel return policy
The vehicle must be returned with at least one quarter of a tank of fuel. If it is returned below this amount, refuelling and service charges may apply.
Use restrictions
Vehicles must not be used for racing, track use, illegal activity, or by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Any unauthorised use may end the hire immediately.
Returns, cleanliness, and liability
Vehicles must be returned on time and in reasonable condition. Late returns, excessive soiling, smoking, or interior damage may result in additional charges. Hirers are responsible for the vehicle during the full hire period.
